To confirm your booking, a deposit of 100 euros is required.
The remaining amount can be paid after the event.
The client covers travel expenses for the organizers and team, if needed.
If the booking is canceled less than 7 days before the event date, the deposit is non-refundable.
We recommend booking the event 1.5 to 2.5 months in advance, especially if the event is planned for a weekend.
This will allow you to choose a convenient time, rather than whatever is left in the schedule.
